TAKING MANAGER DEVELOPMENT TO A NEW LEVEL

Taking development to a new level, every manager experiences our PIRFect (Plan, Inspect, Review, Follow-up) Management Program, beginning with INNitiation, INNitiation is a Unique one on one 4 week training experience with a dedicated Training & Development Manager.

During these 4 weeks, the new managers experience hands on personalized training, while utilizing mobile technology to provide information at their fingertips through training.

INNitiation

Following INNitiation, our managers participate in INNtegration, a 1- week interactive training program in Dallas, TX. During this week our managers will be introduced to our organizational strategy and executives.

Through a series of presentations, team activities and individual action plans, they will learn how to apply La Quinta's purpose, culture and core values when they return to their hotels.
